Quick Chinese Beef and Broccoli Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 150g of beef, thinly sliced
  • 100g of broccoli florets
  • 100g of rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spatula


Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced beef to the wok and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss in the broccoli florets, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  • Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with the soy sauce, mixing everything together until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for another minute.
  • Serve the beef and broccoli noodles hot.
