Ingredients:
- 150g of beef, thinly sliced
- 100g of broccoli florets
- 100g of rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the wok and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the broccoli florets, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with the soy sauce, mixing everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for another minute.
- Serve the beef and broccoli noodles hot.
